Who are you?

On what basis does Russia get a say in Kosovo?

"Russia is using Kosovo to prove it is a player," [Kosovo Premier] Ceku claimed in the New York Times interview, adding that he expected to achieve independence for the province even if Moscow tries to block the resolution.

"Our friends who are realistic and countries that have invested soldiers, money and eight years of engagement here, and who are planning to be present, want an end to this unresolved status," he said.

"Why should those countries which have not invested time, money and people here block a UN resolution? Saying no to the Ahtisaari proposal would be a big decision."

Yeah they are trying to play god but they are bastards, not only Russia but whoever is against independence of Kosovo.
However, I am not surprised by Russia's behavior. Putin, that son of the bitch, is killing his own brightest people, (journalist Ana Politkovskaya killed in Russia late 2006) so what do you expect from them.
Kosovo needs to work hard and prove itself that it can self-govern, and politicians in Kosovo need to wake up and bring tougher laws, improve economy, education and health system, and everything will be fine.
P.S. Kosovo has US in its side, so Russia isn't really capable to make any major decision by itself. However, even if they use veto and the worse happen, Kosovo has enough young people to defend itself. This time, they can count on me as well. He have got nothing to lose because he have already lost enough. But to be honest, I don't want to go through war again, noone in the right mind would want war. But obviously there are still some psychos around who would rather interrupt peace process instead of working towards it.

Vlora,

I don't think they are bastards, they just don't care. Think of Darfur and it will make you feel better.

They are bastards who don't care. What about that?
I don't feel better when I think about Darfur because they go through inequalities in a different way.
Darfur has its own misfortunes and so does Kosovo.
I feel bad when I think about both of them.
